IMPORTANT NOTE: We are closed on Sundays and Mondays, so if you order with express shipping on Saturdays after 14:00 CET, your order will be processed on Tuesday morning.

IMPORTANT NOTE 2: If you order a custom made product like a black belt with embroidery or a karate gi with embroidery this takes longer. That CAN'T be sent the same day, because it will be specially made for you!

International orders will be shipped out the same day with DHL Express with On Demand Delivery (ODD) Service. * This does not apply to black belt/kyu belt with embroidery, and embroidery on karate suits orders! 

  • The delivery time depends on your country but within 1-3 days your order will be delivered.

Customs and Import Tax

Budoworldshop.com is not responsible for taxes or duties incurred on international shipping. Each country has its own regulations and we have no way of calculating this charge. We recommend you contact the local tax authority in your area to find out in advance exactly what taxes need to be paid. Any duties or taxes due are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid if instructed to do so.

Budoworldshop Return Policy

If for whatever reason you are not 100% satisfied with your Budoworldshop.com purchase, you can return your order to our warehouse for a refund, store credit or exchange*. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, unworn and in the state you received them.

Any item returned that does not meet the above criteria, will not be eligible for exchange. All returns or exchanges will be at the discretion of Budoworldshop.com 

* Custom made or customized items such as selected belts, gis and equipment cannot be returned or exchanged because they were especially made for you. Please check the detailed information in the product page. 
** Due to hygiene concerns, compression (fight)shorts, groin protection cups, mouthguards, and bras will not be eligible for return under any circumstance.

How to process the return to us

1. Before a return can be processed, we need to verify the purchase was made on Budoworldshop.com. If a purchase was made from a third-party, we cannot guarantee the quality or condition of our products. We also need to confirm the item(s) being returned were purchased in the last 30 days. We have a generous return policy, but after 30 days all sales are final.

2. Use the following link to easily return your order to us:

3. Repackage your return and include the original receipt - Every Budoworldshop order is shipped with a receipt that is included in the package. Please make sure to include it in the box with your item to be returned.

4. Ship the package back to the Budoworldshop warehouse  (We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in the shipping)

 

Charges and credits

It usually takes our staff about 24 hours after receipt to inspect and process the return. When the return is approved, a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

Shipping charges
Customers are responsible for shipping costs back to Budoworldshop. Once the return is approved, Budoworldshop will refund the full merchandise value you paid minus the original shipping cost paid.
 
Receiving your refund
Budoworldshop.com does not charge restocking fees. You will receive a full refund to the credit card or Paypal account originally used.
 
 

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your item (s) was damaged during shipping, there are missing, or incorrect items, we must be notified within 12 days to correct the issue.

Please email [email protected] or call/WhatsApp to +31611218115 with your order number and a description of the problem. For damaged items, be sure to include a photograph to assist us in analyzing the claim. Once the above has been done, our staff will personally get in touch to solve the issue with you.

The sooner you notify us the better. Our window for filing insurance claims is limited to 15 days, which means we are unable to refund or replace damaged or missing goods if notified after 12 days.
